Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Business Coordinator for a production facility in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll serve as the central point of communication for employees, visitors, vendors, and customers while helping coordinate the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do as a Business Coordinator:

• Serve as the primary front desk contact for phone calls, visitors, employees, vendors, and general inquiries
• Monitor and respond to operational issues throughout the facility and escalate concerns as needed
• Coordinate responses to time-sensitive situations within the production environment
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating vendors, contractors, deliveries, and service providers
• Provide administrative and operational support to facility leadership
• Perform general office, communication, and administrative tasks
• Learn and effectively utilize company systems, including Dubow Systems

What You Need to Bring to the Business Coordinator Role:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and electronically
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
• Comfort working with technical information and answering operational questions
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require
