Lead, train, and motivate team members to consistently exceed guest expectations. Ensure compliance with Dellshire Resort service standards, health and safety regulations, and sanitation policies. Monitor guest feedback, resolve service concerns promptly, and ensure personalized attention to every guest. Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and the culinary team to deliver seamless service, menu execution, and presentation consistency. Manage daily labor, scheduling, and payroll in accordance with forecasted business levels and budget goals. Oversee card handling, POS procedures, and inventory control for food, supplies, and equipment. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of team members. Conduct daily pre‑shift meetings, reinforcing service priorities and resort‑wide communications. Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability within the outlets. Assist with development and execution of promotions, special events, and seasonal experiences. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests and staff alike. Support the Director of Operations with departmental reporting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant or food & beverage leadership experience in a full‑service or resort environment. Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire high‑performing teams. Exceptional guest service and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and labor planning. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ServSafe or TIPS certification preferred.
