Overview

Family Medicine physician employment in Virginia: The Inline Group

Position is full-time, employed, with opportunities for new graduates. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a team-based care model, leading a multi-disciplinary care team to support patients' physical, emotional, and social wellness.
Deliver senior-focused primary care for members of Medicare Advantage health plans.
Handle assignments involving moderately complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000.
Provider incentive bonus is performance-based and not tied to RBU or fee-for-service.
Benefits: comprehensive package, 5 CME days with a $3,500 allowance, concurrent malpractice insurance, medical and dental from day one, 8 paid federal holidays, and 18 PTO days.
Sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

1 year of experience required.
VA license.
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine training.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency and current US work visa.
