Description
American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a busy hospital OR requiring recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience.
Details
- Work in a 26-suite high-tech operating room performing both inpatient and outpatient procedures
- Care for patients across the lifespan, including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Support a wide range of surgical services including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, and cardiothoracic surgery
- Various shift options available
- Requires 4-5 additional shift or on-call obligations per 13-week contract, which may include weekday nights or weekend day/night shifts differing from the regular schedule
Requirements
- BLS certification required
- National certification as a Surgical Technologist required
- Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience required within the last 2 years
- New Hampshire Med Tech license required upon acceptance
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Local candidates are not accepted for this position
