As a 1:1 RN, you will provide personalized medical care and support to an individual student within our educational setting. Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care and support to a specific student, ensuring their medical needs are met throughout the school day. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor the student's health status and respond promptly to any changes or concerns. Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Requirements: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire. Previous experience working in pediatric or school nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
