Join Our Team!
We are a growing, customer-focused sign company looking for an experienced Project Manager who could occasionally help out in sales, to join our team. If you have a background in the sign industry, enjoy building relationships, and can successfully manage projects from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Meet with clients to discuss signage needs and recommend solutions.
- Manage projects from initial sale through production, installation, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with designers, production staff, installers, vendors, and customers to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Resolve customer questions and provide outstanding customer service.
- Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Required: Previous experience in the signage industry.
- Experience selling and managing custom sign projects.
- Strong knowledge of sign materials, fabrication methods, installation processes, and permitting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with estimating or CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
