Resident Coordinator / Wellness Aide (Part-Time) – 3p-11p

Solon Pointe at Emerald Ridge in Solon is seeking a compassionate Resident Coordinator / Wellness Aide to join our Assisted Living team.

At Solon Pointe at Emerald Ridge, we specialize in individualized care and rehabilitation services designed to help our residents live comfortably and maintain the highest possible quality of life. Join our team of dedicated caregivers and see where your career can grow!

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily care needs to support comfort, safety, and well-being
Ensure residents maintain proper hygiene and personal care
Verify and assist with correct medication administration as directed
Obtain and record vital signs accurately
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
Provide compassionate support while promoting residents’ independence

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Compassionate and dependable with strong communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
