Responsibilities

- Review past due, active, and final accounts, taking prompt corrective action
- Resolve escalated customer credit issues with professionalism and accuracy
- Execute credit review workflow exceptions (disconnection reviews, balance transfers, unpaid items)
- Communicate account status and collections with property owners, external agencies, and vendors
- Notify customers regarding final bills, payment arrangements, and balances
- Apply credit policies, tariffs, administrative rules, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain thorough documentation and account records in the customer information system
- Support additional credit-related functions as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years' experience in credit, collections, or call center environments
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, especially with difficult customer situations
- Proficiency in account documentation and customer service systems
- Detail-oriented and analytical
