Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $55+ per visit

Job Summary BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Calvert County, Maryland. The role is full‑time, scheduled Monday‑Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with flexible schedules and 1:1 client care. The position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and a competitive benefits package. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in the assigned geographic territory. Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as required. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and document the doctors' orders accurately. Perform client assessments and case management coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using the state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet. Travel to cases as assigned. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in Maryland. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Strong interpersonal, time‑management, and independent work skills. Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to travel to cases. Salary & Benefits Base pay: $55.00‑$62.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
