AI Agents Engineer: Voice & Text AI Systems

Hatch is hiring an engineer to scale our AI agents platform in the United States. You’ll own end-to-end systems powering Voice and Text AI, ship features, and influence customer-facing outcomes with speed and quality.

You will work across Elixir, Python, Go, and React+TypeScript, mentor teammates, and champion robust engineering practices like testing, CI/CD, and observability to deliver reliable product improvements at scale. This role offers a fully remote option across the US.
