They're looking for a Head of Customer Marketing to build their customer community and advocacy function from the ground up. This is a true 0 to 1 opportunity for someone who knows how to turn enthusiastic customers into a thriving ecosystem. You'll create experiences and programs that customers genuinely want to be part of - bringing people together through community, events, peer learning, networking, advocacy, and storytelling. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape what customer marketing looks like as the company scales. What You'll Do Build and own the customer marketing and community strategy from 0-1. Develop distinct communities and experiences for multiple customer audiences, from researchers and technical practitioners to senior marketing leaders. Create programming that delivers real value to customers through executive gatherings, intimate events, peer learning, webinars, networking, and other community experiences. Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and identify enthusiastic advocates, speakers, storytellers, and champions. Develop a customer advocacy and reference program that connects the right customers with the right sales opportunities. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Events to turn customer enthusiasm into deeper engagement and measurable business impact. Experiment quickly, measure engagement, and scale the programs that resonate most. What Our Client is Looking For Experience across B2B SaaS customer marketing, customer advocacy, community, customer programs, or a closely related function. A track record of building something from the ground up - ideally a customer community, advocacy program, executive community, reference program, or customer experience initiative. Evidence that you've created communities or programs that people actively wanted to participate in, rather than simply maintaining an existing channel or membership base. Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders. A strong understanding of how customer advocacy and community can support trust, retention, expansion, pipeline, and enterprise sales. The ability to create polished, high-quality experiences for sophisticated audiences while remaining hands-on enough to execute the details yourself. A proactive, high-energy approach and comfort operating without an established playbook. Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills. Why Join?
