Overview:
In-person
San Diego - Downtown/Central
M-F, Full Time
Pay Range: $35 - $39/hour
Start date: July 2026
Responsibilities:
Manage the care of a 1x1 student with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, Trachs/Vents, G-tubes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents
Maintain accurate and confidential health record
Communicate with parents regarding their childs health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualifications:
CA state nursing license
Must Be Okay With Trachs
CPR/BLS certification
Current negative TB result
