You are an important part of our team!Your Primary Responsibilities Include:The senior accountant plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing advanced accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing leadership to junior accounting staff.Job Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.Lead the preparation of complex financial reports, including comprehensive balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify key trends, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making at the executive level.Collaborate in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Take a lead role in coordinating and overseeing both internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and addressing audit findings.Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes, support organizational initiatives, and contribute to overall financial success.Oversee the reconciliation process for complex accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
