What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Likes working with their hands and solving simple problems
• Enjoys being part of a team
• Treats residents with kindness and respect
• Can follow safety steps and ask questions when unsure
• Is 18+ and can pass a background check
• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Has a valid driver's license
• Preferred but not required: Healthcare maintenance experience, HVAC certification, or driving/transport experience.
