HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Bilingual English/Spanish

Salary Range: $75k-110k depending on experience level
Location : Santa Ana, CA (onsite daily)

Growing manufacturing company in Santa Ana is actively seeking a bilingual English/Spanish HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and employees across recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR support.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, building better processes, and making a real impact on the employee experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.

Main Focus:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles and build strong talent pipelines.
• Partner with staffing agencies and hiring leaders to meet business needs.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Coach leaders through employee-related challenges and difficult conversations.
• Manage the reasonable accommodation interactive process and support leave-related matters.
• Help create a welcoming, effective onboarding experience for new employees.
• Support engagement, retention, recognition, and employee communication initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support employee lifecycle processes.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and California employment laws.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experiences, and business results.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, with hands-on experience in recruiting and employee relations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish  is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience partnering with leaders and coaching them through employee-related matters.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee matters.

Preferred:

• PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, operations, or hourly workforce environment.
