Director of Nursing

Lead and inspire the nursing team at our Carlyle facility as the Director of Nursing . This leadership position is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting compassionate, resident-centered care throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:
•Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
•Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
•Develop and implement nursing policies and quality improvement plans
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
•Manage staffing, scheduling, and ongoing staff development

Qualifications:
•Active Illinois RN license required
•Minimum of 3 years nursing leadership experience in long-term care
•Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and nursing best practices
•Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
•Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
