Pre-Litigation Paralegal - Mass Actions

Provide excellent service for clients, including serving as the first point of contact Work with clients to obtain documents and provide updates on their cases Handle a high-volume caseload Request medical records Organize documents Perform data entry Requirements 2-4 years of relevant legal experience in personal injury Ability to review medical records and identify treatment and dates of service Proactive approach and ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately Detail-oriented and organized Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload Enjoys speaking with clients from all walks of life and providing excellent service Honorable military service is a strong plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing high-volume caseloads in personal injury law, with a strong focus on client communication, document organization, and data entry accuracy.
