As an Assistant General Manager, the success of your day, week, month, and year is ultimately in your hands. Success means following the brand standards, training, coaching and recognizing your team to deliver an amazing customer experience. Job Requirements:

• 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Have a flexible work schedule – ability to work nights and/or weekends. Ability to work a 50-hour workweek.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation 
• Ability to motivate and build teams
• Ability to manage with minimal supervision.

Compensation depends on experience.
