Summary :
The Activity Assistant engages senior residents in creative programs that support their social, spiritual, and physical well-being. The Activity Assistant is expected to treat each resident with dignity and respect, recognize individual needs, promote independence, and foster a homelike atmosphere throughout the residence.
Qualifications
Creative, artistic, theatrical and/or musically inclined.
Minimum of one-year experience in home health, assisted living or long-term care.
Possess the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
May require lifting or bending. Must be able to lift 25-35 pounds
