It also involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and partnering with teams like engineering and manufacturing to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.QualificationsMinimum two years in a quality/technical position assisting with product maintenance and/or customer service.Minimum two-year technical degree and/or industry related work experience/trainingExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service skillsFast learner and self-motivatedDemonstrated ability to work under pressureAbility to perform multiple tasksAble to work in a regulated (FDA/ISO) environmentPreferred EducationN/APreferred ExperienceExcellent attention to detail and project management skills.Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment.Willingness to work in varying conditions.Duties and Essential FunctionsPerforming final acceptance activities to ensure the service process is followed on all service devices.Maintaining accurate records of inspections and testing, preparing reports on findings, and documenting potential issues or corrective actions.Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.Working with other teams (manufacturing, engineering, etc.) to identify and resolve quality issues, and providing training on quality procedures.Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting process changes.The Quality Control Technician will serve as an integral part of the team that is performing technical service and customer support to our customers.Attends and participates in departmental meetings.Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.Follow evidence base standards of medical care through adherence to existing policies and procedures.Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.Provides customer focused interactions.Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
