Senior Program Manager, GOSS Infrastructure PMO

Description Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support project planning and execution for the continued capacity expansion of our Global Fulfillment network. The primary role of this individual on the Program Management Office (PMO) team is to drive capacity projects to completion keeping them on schedule. Candidates will work with each phase of the project life cycle including build requirements, fulfillment design, planning, execution, and Launch/hand-off. Key job responsibilities Facilitate/run weekly alignment meetings on network projects as well as program specific updates Partner with critical planning teams on project milestones (Real Estate, Capacity, Capital, Design, Startup, Robotics) Review Material Handling and Storage proposals for acceptable milestone schedules Update/maintain weekly network Engineering Project Tracker, and support Resource tracking Drive/follow up on milestone level delays, Support Build Plan presentations, Input and coordinate with Real Estate construction, Robotics, and Material Handling vendors on First Access details Initiate/facilitate major project kick-offs and support hand-off from planning teams to execution teams Escalate milestone level project issues that are impacting project schedules Report on engineering project updates to Senior Leadership, planning, and execution teams Provide Inputs and support on Program/Project Management tools and processes Miscellaneous support tasks (Project Data, Reporting, Whitepaper inputs, etc.) A day in the life Amazon Benefits Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of driving process improvements experience Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Knowledge of general AI tools Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
