What You Will Do Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for leading sales activities in the assigned territory. Territory Management (Business Results & Distribution Structure) RDS Management – return on investment, JBP and developing infrastructural capability RDSSM Management – Objective Setting & Performance Management, Training & Development, and RSR/CAT management Administrative tasks: reporting of sales/engagement outcomes, expense submissions Achieve sales goals through acquisition, growth, and expansion of product lines Negotiate, close orders, and prepare quotes Schedule appointments for medium territory/client base and meet existing and new customers to expand market share Provide information and support to secure sales; collaborate with other departments as needed Develop sales of new products and identify new markets for existing products Prepare reports detailing sales activities and identify issues for improvement Report field activity insights to support business and product planning Review sales performance against objectives and adjust focus to achieve goals Develop and update territory coverage plan, adjust plan as needed What We're Looking For Education: Graduation required; MBA preferred Experience: 5-8 years in FMCG Sales What’s In It For You Competitive Total Rewards Package* Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More Learning & Development Opportunities Employee Resource Groups Benefits package varies by location When discussing total rewards, we include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
