• Valid South Carolina Special Education Teacher certification, or eligibility with pending status
• Experience or training in teaching students with learning disabilities preferred
• Thorough understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and their implementation

• Ability to foster a positive, structured, and motivating classroom environment
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability within a dynamic school community

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Develop lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs and abilities
• Create a nurturing, supportive classroom environment promoting student growth and self-confidence
• Closely monitor progress and maintain accurate records of student performance
• Collaborate with fellow educators, service providers, and families to develop and adjust strategies for student success
