Sanitation

Responsibilities Assembles trays, serves and delivers food; dispenses beverages and necessary condiments per departmental standards and regulatory agency requirements. Prepares salads, sandwiches, cold plates and other items that require limited food preparation skills. Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen per departmental, GBMC, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards. Operates, cleans, and unloads the dish machine according to policies and procedures, and places items in appropriate storage. Washes pots and utensils per departmental, GBMC, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards. Adheres to GBMC and department policies for proper hygiene and dress code. Performs other tasks designated by the Management team. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3 months preferred. Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00. Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
