Beaver Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!
Available Shifts:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - $3.00 added shift differential offered for evening shift
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - $3.00 added shift differential offered for evening shift
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - $2.00 added shift differential offered for overnight shift
Full-Time and PRN opportunities available
Open Interviews: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications:
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
