Immediate Opening for PT/PRN Receptionist

Location: Poplar Hill Health and Nursing, 360 Hospital Drive, Warrenton, VA 20186

Now hiring a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to be the welcoming face of a healthcare facility that values compassion, teamwork, and community. This is on PRN/on call opening.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

• Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk or receptionist experience is helpful but not required

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and comfort using standard office software

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
