Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years of Emergency Department experience License: Active RN license Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - PALS (AHA) Must-Have: - Cerner experience - Charge experience - TNCC certification (preferred) - Must have own vehicle Description: Provides professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes critical thinking and independent judgment across all phases of the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and supervising the nursing patient care team, which typically includes Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other technicians. Collaborates with team members and other disciplines in providing patient care. Completes documentation of patient care, patient condition, reactions, and responses to treatment in a timely manner while tracking patient progress. Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests after upload or during the interview will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Approvals for scheduling requests after the offer may lead to a rescinded offer.
