• 95,000–$105,000 base salary, depending on experience

Reduced caseload compared to standard BCBA roles Leadership and mentorship opportunities with RBTs and junior BCBAs Strong administrative and scheduling support Position Overview The Senior BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervision, and program development while maintaining a balanced, high‑quality caseload. This role plays a key part in clinical excellence, staff development, and program consistency.
