Host Position

A newly opened restaurant in North Tonawanda is seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our growing Front of House team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining an organized waiting list.
• Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Handle and coordinate to go orders for customers.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
