As a Fulfillment Admin, you’ll support our  fulfillment operations team by preparing and reviewing documents, maintaining accurate records, entering data, and helping customers complete their loan documents during scheduled video calls.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and takes pride in accuracy and quality. You’ll work closely with our team to help ensure documents are completed correctly and customers receive a smooth, professional experience.

• Prepare, review, and proofread loan and business documents for accuracy.

• Prepare documents for customers to complete during video calls.

• Assist customers throughout the document-completion process via video call.

• Communicate with our sales department on items needed or corrections required.

• Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed.

• Identify opportunities to improve document and administrative processes.

• Handle customer and company information with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

• Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable learning and using Adobe, Google Workspace, and other computer systems.

• High school diploma or GED required.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Person | Austin, TX

• Training: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Regular Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• 40 hours per week

• Regular schedule begins after the 90-day training period.

Starting pay: $16.00/hour, depending on experience
