Industrial Painter

Painter Location: Cordova, AL Shift: First Shift 6AM - 4PM Pay: $18-$22/ HR - 90 review and pay raise Job Description We are seeking a reliable Painter with spray gun experience to join our team. This role focuses on applying paint and coatings using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish. Attention to detail and consistency are essential. Responsibilities Operate spray guns to apply paint or coatings evenly Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, masking, basic prep) Mix and handle paint materials safely Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain spray equipment and keep work area clean Follow safety guidelines and work instructions Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cordova, AL. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
