We’ve partnered with a nationally recognized litigation firm that’s hiring an Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Associate . This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 3–8 years of defense litigation experience and at least 1 year of insurance coverage work.
The role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to work with a collaborative team handling complex matters across California and the U.S.
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in California
- Experience with insurance coverage (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, etc.)
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Courtroom experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents and coverage opinions
- Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations
- Advise clients on insurance coverage issues
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices
Compensation:
- Salary range: $145,000 - $190,000
- Discretionary bonuses
- Full benefits package including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, and generous PTO
