Modern Toyota of Asheboro is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who is interested in growing into a Lane Manager position in the future. We are looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused professional who understands the service drive, can deliver an exceptional customer experience, and is ready to develop their leadership skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor who wants to build a long-term career in automotive service and eventually take the next step into a Lane Manager role.

We are specifically looking for an experienced Service Advisor who wants to become a Lane Manager in the future. The ideal candidate will be someone who:

• Has previous automotive Service Advisor experience
• Understands the importance of customer satisfaction and retention
• Can confidently recommend maintenance and repairs
• Communicates effectively with customers and technicians
• Takes ownership of their performance and responsibilities
• Is interested in developing leadership and management skills
• Wants to take on additional responsibility over time
• Is coachable, willing to learn, and open to following established processes and systems
• Has a strong work ethic and a desire to build a long-term career with Modern

For the right Service Advisor, Modern Toyota of Asheboro intends to provide a career path toward a Lane Manager position. As you demonstrate your ability to consistently perform, lead by example, communicate effectively, and help drive the success of the service department, you will have the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities and develop the skills necessary to transition into the Lane Manager role.

This is not simply a Service Advisor position with a title change we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to grow into leadership and become an important part of the future of our Service Department.

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is required. Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to confidently explain automotive repairs and recommendations to customers. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively with technicians, parts personnel, management, and customers. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong work ethic and ability to hold yourself accountable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to learn, listen, and continue developing professionally. Desire to grow into a leadership/Lane Manager position is strongly preferred. Previous leadership or service-lane management experience is a plus, but not required.
