About the Role:

Join WOODROME MEDICAL PA as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you'll be the welcoming face of our medical practice in Livingston, TX. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth patient experience and supporting our dedicated healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage phone calls, scheduling appointments, and patient inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including insurance verification.
• Coordinate with medical staff to streamline office operations and enhance patient care.
• Handle billing inquiries and assist with payment processing.
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming for patients and visitors.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
• Proficient in using office equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
