Service Manager Responsibilities Review Vehicle Inspections Secure Parts Required for Repairs Assist Customers as Needed Manage Parts Inventory Drive Company and Store Processes Ensure Work Quality and Integrity Support Manager in All Operations Supervise Service Department Personnel Present Service Estimate – Informs Customer Achieve Sales Objectives Follow / Support Established Phone Processes Job Requirements Willing and able to travel to other Flynn's locations in the Region: e.g., North Canton, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, etc. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Knowledge of consumer tire products and services. Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections. Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR, and pre‑employment testing.
