If you're driven, creative, and ready to make an impact, join us.Locations: Oconomowoc (assist at nearby locations as needed)As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.What You'll Do as a MA:Play a key role in delivering exceptional hands-on care while supporting a positive, team-oriented clinic environmentEnsure a smooth and seamless patient experience throughout the dayCollaborate closely with clinical staff to support quality careRoom patients and accurately document medical history and vitals in the EMRAssist in procedures with PhysiciansSafety and sanitation of rooms and equipmentWelcome patients warmly and assist with scheduling needsSchedule appointments and manage patient flow for a smooth clinic experienceAnswer incoming calls and provide overflow support to the call center as neededOpen and close the clinic following established protocolsEnsure proper documentation, process payments, and support daily clinic operationsOrder medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as neededWhat You Bring:Medical Assistant experience preferred, such as CMA (AAMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or two years of working experience requiredStrong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyExperience working with performance-based goals or metricsA customer-first mindset and excellent communication skillsTech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health RecordsHigh attention to detail and accuracyA problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environmentA positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethicValid driver licenseMust be willing to assist and train at various clinics within the market as needed.Why Choose ADVENT:16+ days PTO (prorated first year) + paid holidaysHealth, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA401k match & life insuranceA culture that values solutions and encourages growthClinic hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pmThis is a 32-40 hour full-time flex position
