Supply Chain ManagerThe Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the timely production and delivery of high-quality aerospace components and systems. This role involves strategizing and optimizing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships while adhering to industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Help develop KPIs for suppliers to track toManage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventoryPrepare reports on supply chain metrics, trends, and forecasts for managementIdentify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategiesSupervise and mentor Supply Chain staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountabilityEnsure Processes and Procedures are well documented and followedCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on supply chain operations, challenges, and opportunities for improvementWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in aerospace and manufacturing environments.Strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations (AS9100, NADCAP, ISO9001) and quality assurance standards.Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (ERP systems, MRP systems).Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologiesStrong leadership and team management abilitiesKnowledge of global supply chain practices and regulations specific to the aerospace industryMust be a U.S. CitizenITAR RequirementsTo conform to U.S. Government export regulations, certain positions may require applicants to be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.Travel Requirements10-25% travelEqual Opportunity EmployerEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
