You will provide skilled, in-home therapeutic services and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve patient-centered goals. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing home health physical therapy services preferred. Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel or per-diem home health experience preferred. Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health settings preferred. Assignment Details Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
