Asset Protection Practitioner - Tysons Corner

Summary The Asset Protection Practitioner helps maintain a safe shopping environment and protects store assets by observing activity, responding to incidents, and supporting loss prevention initiatives. This role works with store management and external authorities to investigate inventory shrink, theft, and fraud. The practitioner documents incidents and implements prevention measures to support operational integrity. Responsibilities Monitor the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas to deter theft and unsafe behavior. Conduct investigations into suspected theft, fraud, and policy violations and prepare incident reports. Collaborate with store leadership and local law enforcement as required. Support inventory control efforts, including audits and discrepancy follow up. Enforce company safety and loss prevention policies and participate in training and awareness programs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in loss prevention, security, or retail operations preferred. Strong observation, communication, and report writing skills.
