Medina Meadows is seeking a highly qualified and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 60-bed, private room facility in Medina, Ohio. Our community is  agency-free, well-staffed, and supported by a strong, experienced management team . Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive oversight for all aspects of facility operations
• Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance quality of care and operational efficiency
• Drive census development and strengthen community partnerships
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service excellence
• Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff
• Manage budgetary planning, financial performance, and resource allocation

Qualifications:

• Current and active LNHA license in the State of Ohio
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Administrator role, preferably in a private-pay or boutique setting
• Demonstrated success in census development, staff retention, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to build and sustain a high-performing team culture
