Introduction to the Team The growing Fiscal Operations Advisory practice is a collaborative group committed to providing superior client service through strong relationships and high‑value deliverables. We are currently seeking a Staff member to join our team. The Staff will provide outstanding service to our clients by delivering a variety of ongoing accounting and customer support services. This is a great opportunity for a critical thinker with strong communication skills to be an integral part of a successful and growing team. Responsibilities Perform operational, accounting, and consulting activities that include customer service support and problem resolution, accounts payable processing, expense report audit, and ongoing reporting and analysis. Prepare polished deliverables for clients and ensure timely client deliverables. Work collaboratively with clients to understand current business practices, identify opportunities for improvement, assist in defining new processes, and develop updated policies and procedures. Support project start‑up activities such as following project work plans, adhering to schedules, and attending kickoff meetings. Review own work for accuracy. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Serve as an integral member of the Fiscal Operations Advisory team. Occasionally travel to client locations, firm training sessions, or industry conferences. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of related experience required. Experience in one or more of the following preferred: expense report audit, accounts payable processing, and/or financial accounting including account reconciliation. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide first‑class customer service via email, phone, chat, helpdesk ticket system, etc. Critical thinker and creative problem‑solver with outstanding time, organization, and project‑management skills. Able to take direction, learn quickly, and work independently to meet project objectives. Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently. Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks, and simultaneous projects. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Willingness and ability to travel as needed. Pay rate range for this position is $52,000 to $124,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
