Location: Hot Springs Village, AR Job Type : Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic Job SummaryWe are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Central Arkansas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment providing high-quality rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and mentorship opportunities are available to support professional growth and clinical development. Key Responsibilities
- Screen patients to determine the need for physical therapy intervention
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations using functional ability tests
- Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to reduce pain and restore functional movement
- Modify treatment programs based on patient progress and response
- Identify when referrals to other healthcare disciplines are appropriate
- Monitor patient outcomes and re-evaluate plans of care as needed
- Complete all clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Plan and prepare patients for discharge, including summaries and follow-up recommendations
- Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License (or graduating from an accredited Physical Therapy program)
- CPR Certification (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
