About the Role As the Founding Product Manager at Solstice, you will help shape the vision, strategy, and execution for products that are transforming biopharma marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver best-in‑class solutions to complex challenges. Your leadership will set the foundation for product management as we scale. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our core applications—from ideation to launch and iteration Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and KPIs Work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to rapidly develop and ship new features Gather, prioritize, and synthesize feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product decisions Develop and implement processes for user research, experimentation, and agile delivery Champion a culture of execution, measurement, and continuous improvement within the team Balance and drive priorities across strategic, technical, and operational aspects of the product What We’re Looking For Proven success managing digital product development from concept to launch Experience building products in fast-moving, cross-functional startup environments Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions amidst ambiguity Exceptional communication and organizational skills Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Relentless focus on delivering value to users and driving business impact Passion for solving complex problems with elegant solutions Unreal work ethic and the motivation required to build ambitious products from scratch Bonus: Experience in SaaS, AI, healthcare, or enterprise platforms Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Ground-floor equity opportunity Flexible PTO 401(k) Visa sponsorship (O-1, H-1B, TN) available Professional growth stipend Lunches and dinners covered Relocation support Work in a high-velocity, high-impact environment Competitive NYC compensation, commensurate with experience, seniority, and ownership responsibilities Ready to build the future of pharma commercialization?
