Federal DMR Cost Estimator: LCCA, Lifecycle Analysis

The Deferred Maintenance & Repair (DMR) Cost Estimator provides expert cost estimating support for federal deferred maintenance, recapitalization, and construction projects. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates using PACES and MII software, developing Basis of Estimate documentation, conducting Life Cycle Cost Analyses (LCCA), and ensuring compliance with GAO and AACE International cost estimating best practices. The Cost Estimator also develops and maintains agency-specific cost libraries and historical cost databases, performs cost escalation forecasts, and supports project managers during negotiations, change orders, and risk analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirebridge
