About the Role:

Donald R Schneider MD and Zachary R is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join their healthcare team in Gambrills, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while working alongside experienced medical professionals in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of patient health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient information, medical histories, and care plans accurately in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions
• Perform routine clinical procedures such as blood draws, vital signs, and wound care
• Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Previous clinical or medical office nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care
