This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) that includes paid holidays and time off within your first year, and the option to elect health insurance after your first 90 days. CPR/First Aid training is provided as well as continuous education for required training hours, and possible tuition reimbursement. Wages are based on education and experience. Responsibilities for Lead Teacher include but are not limited to: Safety and well-being of staff and children Implementing curriculum on a daily basis Assisting with potty-training for transition to pre-school Daily parent communication and yearly parent-teacher conferences Creating a warm and nurturing environment Being a great team player Possess strong customer service skills with parents Qualifications / Experience: Be at least 19 years of age Must have experience working with children Child care and/or Preschool experience preferred: 1 year One of the following: CDA or Montessori credential, Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field, or 12 semester hours / 18 CEUs is required* Infant and Toddler Certification (Infant classroom) – 3 semester hours or 4.5 CEUs in infant/toddler development and care practices within 6 months of hire. *These hours may satisfy a portion of required hours / CEUs in the above requirement This position is full-time and includes: Employer sponsored continuing education Discounted tuition for children Paid holidays Generous paid time off (accrues after 90 days) Employer sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Monthly performance bonus opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr The Learning Experience #229
