Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and coordinate a team of occupational therapists to deliver personalized, compassionate care that supports patients' rehabilitation goals. Assist in daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to understand and address their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient progress and ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.
