CT Technologist

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialties in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Critical to this role is strong communication and collaboration with patients, providers, and other members of our team. At least 2 years of experience and exceptional skill is required. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in various specialties including Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room.
• Perform patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage hospice care for individuals experiencing advancing age, frailty, or serious illness.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Strong interdisciplinary team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for field work.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Additional certifications relevant to specialty areas (e.g., ICU, ER, PACU).

Special Considerations:

• Fluoroscopy license is a hard requirement.
• Must hold ARRT-CT certification.
• Ability to work variable shifts including 4x10 day shifts.

Scheduling:

• Variable schedule consisting of four 10-hour day shifts per week.
