Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience.

License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand.

Certifications: American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required. NIH certification must be obtained prior to start.

Must-Have: Epic experience is required.

Description: All requirements in this job description are non-negotiable. Day shift consists of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. A minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for is required. Recent references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required for submission. An ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores on both assessments required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Background checks may be reviewed, and candidates with open cases will not be accepted. Candidates with any license hits will not be accepted. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements temporarily. A negative 10-panel drug screen must be completed within 12 months of the start date and updated annually. Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months; a six-month break is required afterward.
