Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2810 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• BSN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live>50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke's Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke's Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:MedSurg or Tele background required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:Stroke experience preferred.

Unit Details:Neuro patient population includes stroke, spine/back surgeries, neck surgeries, medical neuro disorders, neuro intervention procedures, Guillain-Barré, myasthenia gravis, seizures, and EEG monitoring; cranial surgery patients are usually not assigned to travelers.24/7 Neuroscience NP support for neuro surgery and neuro intervention patients.Uses Epic.Uses CPAP, BiPAP, high flow, and trachs.

Shift&Scheduling:Weekends and holidays as needed.Nights are often scheduled 3 in a row when possible, but not guaranteed.No call.

Floating Requirements:Float to support all Treasure Valley Med-Surg areas; travelers are first to float.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver's license required for submission
